Individual/Virtual/Nature Base Sessions: 150.00 per session
Couples and Family: 165.00 per session
Experience your sessions in a nonjudgmental, safe and confidential space. Our goal is to assist each individual in processing what they need, whether it is past trauma, limiting beliefs, grief and loss or historical intergenerational trauma.
Virtual counselling sessions provide a convenient and flexible way for individuals to access mental health support from the comfort of their own space. They are typically conducted through secure video calls or phone calls; Virtual counselling is especially beneficial for people with mobility issues, busy schedules, or those living in remote areas. It offers the same level of confidentiality and professional care as traditional face-to-face counselling.
Sessions in the outdoors may help you discover how nature could make you feel more connected and empower you to let go of feelings holding you back. This can help you restore balance by teaching you coping skills for challenging and stressful situations that you may encounter in life.
