I am a Secwepemc and Tsilhqot’in woman with more than 30 years of experience working alongside Indigenous people, families, and communities. My practice is grounded in story, relationship, and the belief that healing happens through connection, culture, and shared understanding.
I believe Indigenous people are strong, resilient, and rising up — reclaiming identity, culture, and wellness in powerful ways. This belief guides my work and my commitment to walking alongside my people and communities with respect, humility, and hope.
In my private practice, I support Indigenous youth, adults, women, and families as they navigate life transitions, trauma, identity, and reconnection to culture and community. My approach bridges traditional Indigenous ways of knowing with trauma-informed counselling practices, creating a safe and respectful space for growth, balance, and renewal.
Clients often tell me that they feel seen, heard, and understood when we work together — and that means everything to me. I believe every person holds their own medicine, their own strengths. Sometimes, we just need someone to walk beside us as we find our way back to it.
